Brand-new exercise session in Henton with Age UK.
Specially designed for people over 55, Flexercise is a gentle, chair-based exercise session which uses fun props and laughter to get you moving. Age UK Somerset invite you to join them at Henton Village Hall, Henton, Wells, BA5 1PD on Thursdays at 10am to get fitter, feel better, meet new people and have some fun!
The class costs £3 a session – pre-booking is advised.
