Gentle Jazz Dance For Over 60s
A relaxed, social and fun dance class, aimed predominantly at the over 60s, but welcome to all looking for a low impact way to stay healthy. A 90 minute class that starts with a dance warm-up to improve balance, strength, stability, flexibility and mobility, followed by routines to improve memory and co-ordination, set to a fantastic soundtrack of music from the 50s and 60s, through to today’s hits! No jumping or floorwork.
Thursdays, 10:00am – 11:30am, Binegar/Gurney Slade Memorial Hall. Spaces must be pre-booked.
