Gentle Jazz Dance Fitness class.

A fun, friendly and relaxed dance class. No high impact jumps or work down on the floor but still expect a good stretch and work out.  Improve co-ordination, balance and memory with routines in a wide variety of dance styles including jazz, modern, ballet, contemporary, salsa, disco and so much more

All ages and dance abilities, although no dance experience necessary – just a willingness to try something new!
