Step back in time and celebrate the Cathedral’s wonderful library with us!
Since Bishop Bubwith left money for a library at the Cathedral 600 years ago, the collection has grown to include a wealth of beautiful, intriguing and wonderful books. Uncover ancient mysteries on our medieval book trail, visit our magical library and take a peek inside a 500-year-old book, try your hand at illuminated lettering and make your own mini-chained library book to take home!
This event is free with adult entry (children go free). Standard adult entry tickets include 12 months re-entry.
29th, 30th, 31st October, 10:30am – 4pm at Wells Cathedral.
No booking is needed, just drop in and enjoy the fun!
