‘Late Summer Colour; the big, the bold and the beautiful’
Wednesday 19th March. We are fortunate to have Derry Watkins, author, teacher and plantswoman, as our March guest speaker. Derry started the extraordinary Special Plants Nursery thirty years ago. She also founded the Rare Plants Fairs in 1990 and ran them for many years. In this talk she will share her extensive knowledge of plants, reflecting especially on those that bring colour to our gardens at the end of the summer. Henton Village Hall at 7:00pm for tea or coffee, before a 7:30pm talk. New members welcome, visitors £5.
