Keeping active is vital for our health and wellbeing. Age UK Somerset delivers a fun and friendly exercise session in Henton. 

Specially designed for people over 55, Flexercise is a gentle, chair-based exercise session which uses fun props and laughter to get you moving. Age UK Somerset invite you to join them at Henton Village Hall, Henton, Wells, BA5 1PD on Thursdays at 10:00am to get fitter, feel better, and meet new people!
